We process orders the next business day (Monday through Friday). We use USPS shipping. Within the USA items weighing 16 ounces or less are shipped First Class and items weighing over 16 ounces are shipped by Priority Mail. Domestic shipping charges are $5 for up to a $20 purchase and over $20 purchases ship FREE. WE NO LONGER OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products have been inspected and are selected for their high quality. If you are not satisfied with the product received you may notify us within 7 day of receipt that you wish to return the product. A refund of the purchase price will be processed upon receipt of the returned product in as shipped condition. Shipping is not refundable.
